You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your business operations, energy use, waste streams, and supply chain. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate data may affect timelines and deliverables. You are responsible for implementing any recommended changes at your own discretion and cost.
Our recommendations are based on industry-standard methodologies and current regulations. Carbonneutralpromos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our reports or advice. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
All reports, protocols, and materials delivered remain the intellectual property of Carbonneutralpromos until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes. You may not redistribute or resell our work without written permission.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the effective date. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for violation of these terms or applicable laws.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
